About the School

At Bradfield College, the pursuit of excellence is underpinned by a commitment to inspiring a lifelong love of learning.

At the heart of a Bradfield education is a dedication to developing caring and compassionate young people. Within a supportive and inclusive community, pupils are encouraged to cultivate empathy, integrity and a strong sense of social responsibility. The College believes that young people flourish when they feel secure, valued and understood, and its pastoral framework provides the foundation for both personal growth and academic success.

Bradfield is also an extraordinarily creative community. Through a rich programme of performing and creative arts, pupils develop artistic confidence, cultural awareness and a deeper appreciation of different perspectives. Alongside this, the College’s nationally recognised sports programme successfully combines inclusivity with elite performance, ensuring that every pupil can enjoy the benefits of sport while talented athletes are supported to excel at the highest level.

Innovation and sustainability are integral to Bradfield’s forward-thinking philosophy. From artificial intelligence and virtual reality through its pioneering Campus-XR platform to environmental initiatives that encourage responsible stewardship of the planet, the College equips pupils with the skills, knowledge and mindset required for the future.

Above all, Bradfield is a community defined by belonging. It celebrates equality, diversity and respect, fostering an environment in which every individual is valued and supported. Grounded in strong values and a deep sense of place, Bradfieldians leave the College as confident, compassionate and aspirational young people, ready to make a positive contribution to society and lead lives of purpose, fulfilment and impact.

The pupils we met were relaxed, funny and articulate – clearly proud of Bradfield but refreshingly unshowy about it. Life here feels well balanced: plenty of drive, yes, but also a strong sense of belonging and a good dollop of common sense.

Was Töchter und Söhne denkt

Aber was macht Bradfield so attraktiv?
